Me Sandrine BERESSI’s office charges fees adapted to your personal situation. We take into account the complexity of your case and therefore the time needed to defend your interests, your income and your financial constraints.
It is important to bear in mind that the work done by the lawyer cannot be reduced to minimise the cost, unless this would undermine the effectiveness of the defence.
If the number of tasks is foreseeable, a fixed fee will be proposed. If a fixed fee is not possible, the hourly rate of Sandrine BERESSI’s office is between 180 € including VAT and 250 € excluding VAT, depending on whether the client is an individual or a company and on the complexity of the case.
In accordance with the law, a fee agreement will be systematically established. The cost of the first 45-minute consultation (160 € incl. VAT) will be deducted from the fees if the case is entrusted to Maître Sandrine BERESSI’s office.
